Sabrina is an amazing trainer. She is very thorough, communicative and organized. I have worked with other trainers but am continuously impressed by her expertise. She focuses on all aspects of health, not just exercise, by monitoring my nutrition, mental health, and water intake as well. She keeps my workouts fun and challenging and always incorporates my interests such as boxing and kickboxing to ensure I’m engaged. I’ve been working with her for 5 months and have seen so many changes in my body and overall strength. I also love that she coordinates events like the mud run as well so I can get to know some of her other clients. I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina and feel so blessed to be able to work with her.

Sophia is absolutely amazing! She pushes you in a way that is not intimidating and really goes above and beyond to make sure not only you’re having an effective workout, but a fun workout the gym can be a scary place for a lot of people, but Sophia makes everybody whether they’ve been working out for years or its their second work out with her feel extremely safe and attended to, I always get excited when Sophia is coaching me because I know I’m gonna get a good push and a friendly face. She makes working out fun.
